To further elevate the intelligence level of campus IT services and provide more convenient, efficient IT information query solutions, the “AI Agent Plaza” has been officially launched in trial operation under the “My App” section of the Campus Unified Portal Platform.
1. Introduction
The AI Agent Square is designed to integrate intelligent Q&A services across multiple business scopes, aiming to deliver seamless access to general IT information. Currently, the first module, Campus Network Assistant, is live, offering support for inquiries related to the campus Wi-Fi network, office telephone, VPN, etc.
We will continue to introduce more business-oriented agents based on users’ actual needs.
2. Trial Arrangements
Duration: It officially kicks off today and will last for 3 months.
Target Users: Staff, faculty members and students with an active account of the “HKUSTGZ Go” APP (the upgraded version of DingTalk). We encourage everyone to actively try and explore this service.
3. How to Use

If not, please download the app via the link: https://myportal-download.hkust-gz.edu.cn/sopplus/_web/customized/download/app/index.html. Then, complete installation, and log in to proceed.
(5) Once the agent interface is open, submit your queries using natural language or keywords to retrieve information.
4. Notes
Scope of Support: Please ensure your questions fall within the supported business areas of the agents. Currently, agents are designed for consultation only and do not support ticket submission.
Reference Nature of Responses: Answers generated by agents are based on large language models and integrated business knowledge bases. While helpful, these responses are for reference only and should not be treated as final decisions or execution guidelines.
Trial Phase Limitations: As the agents released are still on trial, occasional issues may arise. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to report any anomalies to help us refine them.
