The Information Technology and Data Intelligence Department (ITDID) of HKUST(GZ) serves as the campus-based department responsible for managing and delivering information technology services. It oversees the construction, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure such as network infrastructure, cloud computing and data center, ensuring robust campus network security, establishing solid technology platforms for various campus facilities, and providing development capability support. Furthermore, by means of digital solutions and artificial intelligence, ITD delivers comprehensive technical and application support for teaching and research, administrative operations, and campus life.
