Updates on New Office Automation + AI Features of the Unified Campus Portal "HKUSTGZ Go" and the Collection of User Training Needs

The unified campus portal "HKUSTGZ Go" (upgraded version of DingTalk) has recently launched several new features combining office automation and AI (available in version 7.6.45 and above). To enhance work efficiency and collaboration experience, we provide a brief introduction of these main features below. And we also plan to organize specialized training sessions based on actual usage, scenario cases, and feedback collection.

I. Introduction of New Features

Note: The aforementioned AI and automation-related features currently fall under the category of value-added services (DeepSeek limited-time trial), and users are advised to utilize digital tools appropriately to avoid resource waste. Depending on usage patterns and policy implementations,  resource allocations may be subsequently adjusted.

 

 

II. Feedback Collection 

 

To better meet actual work needs, we invite all to express their training interests for DingTalk features. You may fill out the survey via the following link, and we will evaluate training content based on feedback: [DingTalk Feature Training Survey] (Deadline: 8:30 AM on June 23)

 

III. Upcoming Training Arrangements 

 

Information Technology Department (ITD) will conduct training sessions on new feature operations soon. Specific dates will be announced separately. All staff and faculty members are welcome to actively participate.

 

IV. Upgrade Reminder 

 

Please check your DingTalk version (click the profile photo - About). If your version is below 7.6.45, please upgrade it to the latest version to ensure access to new features. Upgrade method: Visit the download page, download and install the latest version.
