The Access Control System will undergo routine maintenance and upgrades from 17:00 on June 21 to 00:00 on June 22, 2025, to address security vulnerabilities and enhance system stability.

During the upgrade, authorized personnel will still have access, while no new personnel can be authorized.

During the upgrade, the Access Control System will fail to synchronize the authorization from Visitor System, Large-scale Instrument Sharing Management System, Booking System, DingTalk “Access Control Application and Cancellation” form, etc. For access requirements during the period, please complete the approval process before 17:00 on June 21, 2025. 

During the upgrade, the automatic check-in feature for the Sport Hall will be suspended. Manual verification will be conducted as an alternative.
