Security Notice Regarding Critical Chrome Vulnerabilities

Google has disclosed a remote code execution vulnerability in the Chrome browser. If you are using an affected version, please update your browser to the latest version immediately.

 

A high-risk remote code execution vulnerability (CVE-2025-10585) exists in the V8 JavaScript engine of the Google Chrome browser. Remote attackers can exploit this vulnerability by enticing users to visit maliciously crafted web pages, potentially leading to memory corruption and arbitrary code execution. Other browsers based on the Chromium kernel may also be affected.

 

Affected versions: Below 140.0.7339.185

 

Update Method: Click the "⋮" menu in the top-right corner of Chrome → Select "Settings" → Go to "About Chrome". The browser will automatically check for and install the latest version. Please restart the browser after the update is complete.
