Notice on Two New AI Agents Added to the AI Agent Plaza of Campus Unified Portal Platform

We are excited to announce that two new AI assistants, "IT Support Buddy" and "Campus Print Query", have been added to the "AI Agent Plaza" of the Campus Unified Portal! These new assistants will further enhance IT service scenarios on campus, helping campus users resolve daily study and work challenges more efficiently.

 

1. AI Agent Plaza: An Evolving Campus Information Center

 

The AI Agent Plaza integrates intelligent Q&A services for various tasks, providing a convenient platform for general inquiries. The two new assistants continue our commitment to "convenience and efficiency", focusing on two high-frequency scenarios, IT support and printer services, to deliver precise and timely responses. 

 

2. Introduction of Two New AI Assistants

 

(1) "IT Support Buddy": Your Quick Guide to Campus IT Issues 

 

For any assistance on account login, issue reporting, software downloads, or procurement requests, please simply ask in natural language, and "IT Support Buddy" will provide instant guidance, removing IT obstacles in teaching, research, and administrative work.

 

(2) "Campus Print Query": Your Go-To Assistant for Public Printing Services 

 

As the dedicated advisor for campus printers, "Campus Print Query" offers accurate and detailed instructions on driver downloads, copying, printing, faxing, and network setup, ensuring smooth and efficient printing services.

 

 

3. Three Steps to Use

 

(1) Access the Portal: Open the HKUST (GZ) Go App (DingTalk), go to [Workbench → My App], and find the AI Agent Plaza entry.

 

(2) Choose an Assistant: Select the appropriate AI assistant based on your needs.

 

(3) Start the Service: Type your question in natural language or use keyword search to get instant answers.

 

4. Join Us in Building Smarter Campus Services

 

We will continue to optimize existing AI assistants and introduce more scenario-based assistants in the future. We invite all staff, faculty members and students to:
