We are delighted to announce the official launch of the campus unified portal, “HKUSTGZ Go”. The platform is built on DingTalk and will be accessed by campus account and password. Serving as an all-in-one campus service platform, “HKUSTGZ Go” (an "upgraded version of DingTalk") is designed to bring a more convenient and efficient campus experience to all faculty, staff, and students. Besides the functions provided by the original DingTalk, the platform will also support campus information retrieval, task management, and schedule management.

Core Features:

1. Real-time News & Updates: Stay informed through the "Information" section, including the latest research projects, major news, latest events, academic information, and announcements.

2. One-Stop Access to Campus Applications: The "Workbench" consolidates entrances to various campus applications and forms, enabling swift navigation to OA Services, Teaching & Research apps, and Campus Life utilities.

3. To-do Task Management: Display to-do tasks from various systems for quick handling.

4. Schedule Overview: Meetings and class schedules are presented in the calendar management, aiding time planning and enhancing productivity for both studies and work.

5. Favorite Info & Borrowing Records: Keep track of important information and monitor your borrowed books, facilitating timely returns.

Platform Access & Usage Guide:

1. Workbench Update: At 6 pm on May 10th, the workbench in DingTalk will be updated. This update will not affect the application usage.

2. Dedicated “HKUSTGZ Go” App: An exclusive app has been published for better user experience and campus identity. Download via the link. Detailed guide for installation and login process across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac, please click the link. After initial setup, please log out, close the app, and log in again to ensure all features function properly.

3. Account Migration and Upgrade: Please make sure you complete the account migration and upgrade before downloading the HKUSTGO App.
