Notice on the Temporary Suspension of Use of Meeting Rooms during May Day

Dear colleagues,

 

To provide a better working environment for campus members, it is proposed to upgrade and renovate 32 standard meeting rooms. The enhancements will enable functions such as screen projection, video conferencing, and electronic whiteboards. The construction project is scheduled for completion by June 30th.

 

To minimize the impact on the daily work, we plan to carry out the construction during the May Day holiday period. The construction will include the work on wire channels, holes, and pipelines, which may affect regular office operations. The construction areas include the C1 Administration Building, C2 Student Activity Center, E2/W2/W4 Research Buildings. Please refer to the detailed construction plan as attached.

 

The renovation may generate noise and dust. But we will take corresponding measures to reduce any inconvenience. Thanks for your understanding.

 

Please avoid the construction areas and take care of personal safety.
