In accordance with the national standards and related policies, the University will conduct a fire safety linkage test for Access Control System to ensure the integrated operation of campus security and fire safety facilities, thereby safeguarding the safety of staff, faculty members and students. Information Technology Department (ITD) and Campus Facility Management Department (CFMD) will jointly carry out this test. Details are as follows:

June 25 (Wednesday) 14:00 - 18:00: W1

June 26 (Thursday) 14:00 - 18:00: W2

June 27 (Friday) 14:00 - 18:00: W3

June 30 (Monday) 14:00 - 18:00: W4、C8

July 1 (Tuesday) 14:00 - 18:00: Sports Hall, Stadium

3. Precautions:

(1)     During the test, no identity verification (physical campus card, digital campus card, facial recognition) will be required to pass through access points, simulating an emergency evacuation scenario in a fire alarm situation.

(2)     During the test, only access control devices will be affected. Fire safety equipment will not trigger audible/visual alarms, and elevators will remain operational.
