Temporary Suspension of Certain Smart Classrooms

To enhance the convenience, comfort, and usability of smart classrooms, we have decided to conduct a comprehensive upgrade of the multimedia systems in 30 smart classrooms from January 8 to February 5, 2025. This upgrade will cover display systems, interactive whiteboards, recording systems, and other equipment to better meet modern teaching needs.

 

During this period, the following classrooms will be unavailable for booking and use:

 

W3-105, W2-101, E3-105, E1-103, W4-201, W2-202, W1-202, W1-201, E4-202, E4-201, E3-201, E1-202, W4-202, W2-201, E3-202, E1-201, W1-222, E1-102, E1-147, E1-149, E1-150, E2-228, W1-102, E4-101, W4-101, W1-101, E1-101, E1-122, E1-134, W4-102.

 

From January 8 to February 5, the above classrooms will not accept new bookings. For users who have already booked these classrooms, we will proactively contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

 

If you need to reserve or use classrooms during the upgrade period, you may choose from the following 4 classrooms: W1-223, E4-102, E1-148, W1-233. You may also use Lecture Hall A, Lecture Hall B, Lecture Hall C, or meeting rooms.
