Resource Giveaway based on the “Million Computing Hours Scientific Research Public Welfare Activity”

We are delighted to introduce the "Guangdong Universities Million Computing Hours Scientific Research Public Welfare Activity." This activity aims to address the urgent need for computing power among research groups in Guangdong universities, enhance the efficiency of scientific research, and inject new momentum into technological innovation. The event is co-hosted by China Unicom (Guangdong) Industrial Internet Co., Ltd. and Beijing Paratera Co., Ltd., who are actively collaborating to provide strong support for scientific and technological innovation at our university. Participating universities and research groups will receive computing power vouchers valid for three months, which can be used for various computing resources on the Paratera Supercomputing Cloud Service Platform. Please refer to the attachment for detailed information about the event.

As a pioneer in technological innovation, our university's demand for computing resources is growing. To further support our scientific research activities, the Information Technology Department has secured 20 participation slots for research groups, with each slot receiving a computing power voucher valued at 5,000 RMB.

Research groups interested in participating are invited to fill out the registration questionnaire. Successfully registered groups need to complete account registration on the Paratera Supercomputing Cloud Service Platform, after which the computing power vouchers will be distributed to the respective accounts. We will collaborate with Paratera to provide comprehensive guidance on the platform's operation and usage techniques.

Given the limited slots for this event, allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of questionnaire submission.
