Dear all,

To provide more convenient access services, ITD announced the trial run of the科大Go QR code for family members on December 28, 2023. During the trial run, the system functions were stable, and we are now pleased to officially release the family QR code function.

Family members can use the Guangzhou campus unified account and password to log in at the " Campus Unified Account " entrance of 科大Go. Within the authorized scope, they can scan the QR code to access campus gates, door access control systems, elevators, and other authorized areas. At the same time, they can also use the sports stadium reservation, report maintenance issues, set dormitory door lock passwords, and report physical campus card loss/unblocking services.

Note: 

(1) The QR code contains important personal and property information and should not be screenshot or shared via screen projection. Doing so may result in the QR code being frozen, and it is strictly prohibited to forward it to others. If you need to apply for unfreezing, please report an issue in the "Repair-IT-Campus Card” or contact us at (020) 88330101.

(2) For family cards applied in 2023, there will be a photo available on 科大Go. However, for family cards applied for in 2022, there is currently no photo information. A function to self-upload and modify photos on 科大Go will be released in the near future.

(3) If you do not need to use the 科大Go QR code payment function, you can ignore the “尚未开通支付功能，请点击启用” prompt above the QR code. Please refer to the detailed instructions in the attachment.
