Dear colleagues,
To further facilitate the daily life, you can apply for the campus card for your family living on campus. Application details are as below.
1. Qualification: Immediate family of staff in residence, such as parents (including parents in law), spouse and children.
2. Application Flow: Please submit your application via “DingTalk – Workplace – OA Approval – IT Service – HKUST(GZ) Campus Card Application”. Basic information and a recent digital ID photo of your family are required. (The photo should be small-one-inch with a white background in .jpg format.)
3. Application Start Time: September 6th, 2022 (Tuesday)
4. Card Collection: After the application is approved and the card is made, you will receive an email on “card collection notification”. Please bring your “staff campus card” and your “family’s ID card” to get it in Smart Campus Management (SCM).
5. Declaration:
A. The family campus card is on the-applicant-takes-the-responsibility basis. It is not allowed to apply for non-designated members or lend it to other people. The university will reserve the right to disable the card at anytime and pursue the applicant’s legal liability.
B. The first family campus card is free of charge.
