Mailbox login failure prompts CAA20002 error code

Symptom: When you log in to outlook or teams, error code CAA20002 is displayed

 

Workaround: In the Confirm internet Options, check to see if TLS1.2 is selected

 

Detailed steps:

1.Open the control panel

Start Menu - Search - Control Panel

2.View method: Select a large icon

3.Click on internet Options

Internet Options - Advanced

Check whether TLS1.2 is selected. If it is not selected, check it as shown in the screenshot, and click OK.
